If you read the short version of my visions quest you know that I’ve always been fascinated with Japanese warrior culture, both Samurai and Ninja. I always loved their symbolism and the spiritual presence that these warriors carried.

One of those symbols is the cherry blossom which adorns many of the dominant Samurai family crest.

An interesting aspect of the cherry blossom is the fact that it’s taken as a symbolic representation of the Way of the Samurai.
